McCloud is centrally located within Northern California's spectacular geographical boundaries.  It lies within two hours of wondrous places to visit, such as the Tulelake National Wildlife Refuge, the Klamath River Area, Ashland, Oregon (home of the Shakespearean Festival), the Lava Beds National Monument, Lassen Park, Castle Crags and Castle Lake, Burney Falls, Medicine Lake, Shasta Lake, and the Pacific Crest Trail (2 miles south of McCloud).  Please visit the following sites for more information and things to do.
