Reservation, Cancellation, Cleaning & Deposit Policy
One night deposit to hold reservations for 2 nights, and two nights deposit to hold reservations for 3 or more nights; deposit is refundable if reservation is cancelled within 14 days of reserved date of arrival. Balance due upon arrival, plus a cleaning fee and 8% transient occupancy tax. We reserve the right to require a security deposit. Cash or checks only.
